Ownership of the TagMake product
TagMake, including its interface design, source code, sample content, naming, logos, page copy, and supporting documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unless a separate written license says otherwise, those rights remain with TagMake and its licensors.
Ownership of your brand materials
You keep ownership of the product data and brand assets you bring into TagMake, including CSV data, pricing, product descriptions, logos, images, and other original materials. Using the app does not transfer ownership of your content to TagMake.
- You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to upload and use the materials you provide.
- You may remove local drafts from your browser at any time.
- Paid-access records may still retain limited order information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limited permission to use the app
TagMake gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the app and the generated exports for your own business, shop, craft fair, wholesale, or client presentation needs. This permission does not include the right to copy or resell the software itself.
- You may print and distribute the exports you generate for your own products and business operations.
- You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or publish TagMake as a competing service without written permission.
- You may not remove proprietary notices from the app or present TagMake branding as your own.
Generated files and sample assets
Exports you generate from your own product data are intended for your commercial and operational use. Sample products, placeholder branding, and example copy included in the app remain part of TagMake unless expressly marked otherwise and should not be reused as your own brand materials.
Feedback and suggested improvements
If you send feedback, bug reports, or workflow suggestions, TagMake may use that feedback to improve the product without owing compensation to you. This does not give TagMake ownership of your existing trademarks, product catalog, or other materials you already own.

If you believe content connected to TagMake infringes your rights, or if you need clarification on permitted use, contact through the support or checkout contact channel associated with your purchase so the request can be reviewed.
